Los Angeles Youth Opportunity Movement (A City of Los Angeles operated program) mission is to promote youth achievement by working with families and community partners to create opportunities that help youth reach their education, employment, and personal development goals.  On September 20th, the program held its first annual "One State of Being - Multi-Cultural Festival"  The purpose of the festival was to expose the Watts community to the various cultures found throughtout Los Angeles. We provided food for 100 people.
