Mar 28 2008 >> Family Literacy Night at Bitely Elementary School

Woodcraft Rangers Family Literacy Nights travel through out Los Angeles County. At the events, parents have the opportunity to take part in activities that enhance the students' skills, while at the same time serving as a model for activities that can be taken to their homes. On March 28, we sponsored Family Literacy Night at Bitely Elementary School at 4:30 PM with food for 100 people.

Mar 27 2008 >> Huntington Park High School - Leadership Council

In an effort to support schools surrounding our ocations, we sponsored food for Huntington Park High School's Leadership Council. The meeting took place on March 27. During this meeting, students discussed the development of potential clubs at their school.

Mar 15 2008 >> North Valley Caring Services Bike-A-Thon

On March 15th, the North Valley Caring Services organization held a Bike-A-Thon to raise funds for the organization. The finish line was held at the shopping center located at the corner of Nordhoff and Sepulveda where our North Hills location is located. We provide meals for 100 hungry bikers.

Mar 1 2008 >> Gotas de Luz Fundraising Event

Gotas de Luz is made up of a group of five young brothers who are from Guatemala. The group has been invited to perform in Vienna. A fundraiser was held on March 1st to help these young musicians. We donated food for 60 people.
